Introduction

Performance, yield and cost of industrial commodities are greatly controlled by material's "surface shape".

Our Core System is proposing an enterprise, technological development, manufacturing, sales, and the after-sales service of "inspection machine, analytical device, and automated peripheral device", that enables numerical all nondestructive testing of each process in the production process (inside of the flowing line) at the mass production factory of electronic parts and the applied products. Our objective is to be able to get the customer's satisfaction at the achievement of "In-line all number non-destructive automated operation inspection device".

We materialized customer's demands by applying patented "Laser scanning surface shape inspection technology" on "Hard disk surface shape inspection", "Glass material of the liquid crystal and FPD, metallic and resin film's surface shape inspection", and "Surface shape inspection of the semiconductor wafer" and gathering intelligence in addition by production, study, and cooperation.
